I know everyone is looking forward to warmer weather, but here, summer
is right around the corner!! The temperature today is 35 C (95 F), but tomorrow should be cooler--only 92! Oh well.

We had some fun adventures in the last month, one of which was a lunch date with some friends visiting my friend Kathy. We got to go into the Burg Al Arab! My grand-daughter Alaina sent us one of her school projects, Flat Stanley, to take pictures of different places, so we took him to lunch with us!

Cay & Waldo - (this isn't necessarily a post, just a desperate attempt to reach some old friends)
You may not remember me, I was a missionary in your ward back in Sao Paulo (this was 7 years ago!!). I came over to your home a few times & even substituted for your seminary class! I have been wanting to find you for a while now, and ran across your blog. I'm sure you have known so many missionaries & others over the years - so I doubt you'll remember me. Anyways - I actually have a few professional questions to run by Waldo - I have always thought very highly of him - and I hope he could answer some of my questions. To help jog Waldo's memory of who I am, tell him that I helped try to teach discussions to an English gentleman (who at the time was visiting from Lima, I think) in your home.
